Randy Moeller, Managing Partner

Randy Moeller's sales and management experience spans over 30 years. After completing a Marketing Management degree at BCIT, Randy began his career with HFC/Household Trust. As manager, he led his team to increasing the mortgage and loan portfolio by 150% - annually! They were able to accomplish this during some economically challenging times by respecting and determining what the customer truly wants, needs, and desires; paying attention to detail; and by promising lots and delivering more.
Randy continued with portfolio management at Royal Bank before applying his strategies and experiences to the automotive industry in 1986. Within 4 years, Randy was head Business Manager at the #1 retail volume Ford dealership in Canada. He achieved Peak Performer status, confirming his commitment to quality customer service as well as to profitability.
With a desire to bring fresh faces and new ideas into the industry, Randy began to focus on classroom and in house training for Business Managers and Sales Consultants. In 1994, this lead to an opportunity to relocate his wife and 3 children from Vancouver to Vernon BC and to expand his automotive industry experience as General Sales Manager of a successful Ford dealership. During the following 6 years, Randy helped the dealership achieve the Summit Award for Excellence in sales and service, while personally maintaining his Peak Performer status.

In 2000, Randy committed himself to training, marketing, and consulting in the automotive and financial services industries on a full time basis. Always one to practice what you preach, Randy enjoys sharing his experiences, successes (and failures) to help our clients reach their goals. Randy is active in program development, marketing, and training facilitation. Randy believes in the power of quality products and support of quality people through training.

Away from the office, finds Randy and his wife enjoy the numerous indoor and outdoor activities that the Okanagan Valley provides.
