We recognized that most car dealerships have a large and untapped potential in their service client database. With a targeted approach, we mine their client files to develop a list of loyal service clients who have the highest propensity to enter the market and replace their existing vehicle with a new or newer pre-owned unit. They are sent a high quality, exclusive invitation for a private sale event. Special pricing is in effect for the sales event. We train and coach the sales staff on:

Here's What We Offer

  • We help you choose the search criteria for your mailing list based on the market conditions we want to affect or the promotion we want to influence. For the size of your team, we recommend a client list of 120 per sales consultant. Then add to your list the current unsold prospects your sales consultants are working with. 
  • We assist you in the creation of email blast invitations
  • We advise you on event logistics like gifts, vehicle pricing strategy, refreshments, decorations, etc…
  • We train and motivate your sales team. We run morning and afternoon training sessions. We work with your team to increase their phone skills, use our proven outgoing call scripts, boost interest, secure appointments, and understand all the event logistics/sales processes.
  • We help you supervise phone activity. We coach the calls and help your team maximize booked appointments.
  • We provide a motivating, fun, and energetic atmosphere and keep the sales consultants “running” while the sale is on. 
  • We free up managers so they can focus on their #1 priority during the sale: working with deals with solid disciplines and closing effectively!
  • We assist in closing and directing deals wherever possible.
  • We supervise the registration desk, talking to and pre-qualifying visitors as they arrive, explaining how the sale works, and introducing them to their sales consultant.
  • We track the total list, calls made, appointment set and kept ratios, closing ratios and all key statistics.
