Executive Leadership

Automotivaters has strategically sought after individuals from the automobile industry with the strongest records of retail achievement, team building and most dynamic facilitation skills. Any staff we select for a project must be able to coach and consult at all levels concerning the particular areas for improvement in the dealership. They come from retail automotive backgrounds and include former dealer principals, general managers, and first-line managers.

Since our inception in 1987, we have worked with dealerships representing every brand.
We have been selected by National Sales Companies representing BMW, Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Lexus, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Land Rover/Jaguar, and Mazda to develop their dealer networks.
Our consultancy integrates the departments of an NSC for greater coordination between executive, sales, marketing, product planning, dealer development and training departments.

Automotivaters helps manufacturer networks, national sales companies, regional associations, large dealer groups, and individual dealers to implement strategies and build skills that lead to increases in volume, market share, profitability, and customer loyalty.

With our coaching and leadership strategies, we have been able to help dealers to develop teams of exceptional performers, as well as help minimize staff turnover.

Dan Leboe

Dan has had a lifelong career in the Automotive Industry starting in 1975. His knowledge spans sales, sales management, business office, fixed operations and dealer principal positions. He began his career as a retail automotive sales consultant in 1975.

Steve Walsh

Steve is part of our New Zealand-based team. He has been in the automotive industry for 27 years in a range of roles from grooming cars, selling used imported vehicles from Japan and in the last 15 years selling new vehicles for Toyota New Zealand.

John Eadie

A Driven Leader with a Passion for Automotive Excellence. With 15 years of experience in automotive management, John is a highly motivated and results-oriented leader with a proven track record of success.

Grant Brown

Grant is a successful and dynamic National Sales Manager with significant experience managing sales teams, improving sales abilities, and driving a culture of success.

Kim Hart

With 20 years in the Finance, Insurance & Automotive industry, Kim is a seasoned professional skilled in driving transformative change and operational efficiency within vehicle dealerships.

Win Winofsky

Win Winofsky is a true sales professional. Following an international professional hockey career, he entered the automotive industry in 1988. As a new sales consultant, he was trained by Automotivaters and exemplified success in the automotive industry.

Phil Ayoub

ith over 25 years of automotive experience and knowledge, Philippe has been involved in most aspects of dealership and OEM training. As a fully bilingual (English/French) trainer and facilitator, Phil is in high demand throughout North America.

Matt Robbins

Matt Robbins has been a top performer in the automotive industry since 1989. Matt’s retail automotive roles have included sales, F&I and management. For many years now Matt has been a sales and service process trainer creating one sales professional after another.

Brian Choo

Brian is a results-oriented leader with over 23 years of experience and a proven track record of building high-performing teams with a rare combination of retail and corporate (OEM) experience which helps him learn, grow and develop effective customer-centered processes.

Karla’s start in the automotive industry was grounded by Automotivaters Professional Sales Processes. Her automotive journey began 34 years ago, at the age of 23 she joined the local Toyota store and began her career selling cars. She blazed a trail as the first woman to sell cars in the city.
