Elliot Carleton lives and breathes the motor industry. A career spanning 16 years and counting, he entered the industry straight out of college and has experienced a wide range of roles, giving him a unique insight and outlook into multiple departments in dealerships from a “ground level” perspective.
With a drive for continuous self improvement and up skill, Elliot’s roles have included Auto Electrical Repair, Heavy Diesel Auto Electrical, New Vehicle Sales, Sales Manager, and he owns an independent automotive repair workshop, where his skills are utilised by multiple large franchise dealerships across Auckland to this day.
An Automotivaters “convert”, Elliot was introduced to the Automotivaters sales process early in his sales career. Taking the knowledge and skillset taught by Cam Marshall, he implemented his new skills, quickly becoming consistently in the high percentile of CSI, GP, and volume in his sales team. Growing from this, his career moved into management where his team became the most profitable per unit in the country.
Customer experience has always been a passion for Elliot. A people person with an energetic personality, Elliot recognises the importance of treating a customer right. His drive for success and high standards for customer care has seen him successfully navigate growing his business, creating a loyal client portfolio, increasing profits, and proudly maintaining a 100% customer satisfaction rate through reviews.
