Since 1987 Warren has specialized in sales, sales management, business management, program authoring, training facilitation, and consulting. Warren has designed, authored, and delivered dynamic facilitation of management coaching and sales training programs for the Financial Services and Automotive industries.

He manages the creation of highly effective, and engaging e-learning and online-live programming. Warren has successfully built an international client base and helped refine the customer experience for such high-profile retail networks as BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes Benz, Audi, Lexus, Hyundai, and Toyota. Warren has authored, designed and deployed industry-leading education programs and management resources.
