Karla Inglis – Business Development Manager
Karla’s start in the automotive industry was grounded by Automotivaters Professional Sales Processes. Her automotive journey began 34 years ago, at the age of 23 she joined the local Toyota store and began her career selling cars.
She blazed trail as the first woman to sell cars in the city.
Automotivaters Training Programs were foundational in her overall development. In 1989 she transitioned into the F & I department where she spent the next 12 years developing her skills.
In 2001 Karla joined the team at Cariboo Ford, where she was again mentored and supported by a strong dealer who understood the importance of training, coaching and supporting their employees. Her duties grew to include Sales Management support and a strong understanding of Dealer Operations.
Karla is perfectly suited to assisting dealers in the identifications of performance issues and laying out strategies for fast improvement.
Born and raised in Quesnel B.C. Karla has been married for 33 years and has 4 children spread throughout B.C.
